bacuse a ps2 have a very low ram with 64mb then I thought that only a dos mugen can on this bochs,you can also try a winmugen but you must install windows 98 on ps2,here is a method,in original bochs for pc you can download on sourceforge,with disc creator you can create a hd image as a flat and with 1500mb,then with ms doc boot disc and win98 instalation iso you can install on ps2 but windows 98 goes very slow on ps2,then with your iso with winmugen you can start mugen.
