I use GIMP, and I just used the magic wand tool (I assume PhotoShop has some sort of equivalent) to select the green areas, then just delete them once all the layers have been merged.
Thanks urrnge, i already selected them with magic wand but used layer via cut then delete the layer while all i had to do is press the delete button, so here is the final for Ryo
