I guess the possible candidates would be the usual suspects like Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Rockman, maybe older stuff  like Strider and such.

I got a bad feeling about this. It was posted by TweetDeck... Meaning not Capcom? Or am I missing something here?

Looks like TweetDeck is just some middleware app for Twitter, it's not a person. Tthe twitter it's posted on is still Capcom_Unity, which does appear to be Capcom.

You don't want Darkstalkers after SF4 ? ???
Anyway if we're talking mind blowing, I'd say Rockman or Strider, but Darkstalkers could get a boost in its atmosphere by getting modernized (I'm thinking more Tim Burton-ish with SF4 tech).

Oh I forgot Megaman.  Would say that series has the most chances of getting said sequel right now.

...Or Marvel is already impressed by MvC2's sales and is speeding up the red tape for MvC3.
