You should never have more blue clsn over a normal than red clsn. The red clsn should also be thinner in terms of width, but longer in length. General capcom method. Too much blue = no priority, and thin = more precise.
sure thing, ill go back and do some fixing around..... the sweep i got off kame, but he said his hitboxes are exaggerated so i get why his is like that. i personally like how he made his sweep work, but ill fix it upt o follow this general capcom rule- here's a couple i adjusted!!blah bluh bleh

It'd be a good idea to change the priority of all his attacks to a value of 4, to accommodate the clsn overhaul. IDK much about the char really. Think I seen a vid or 2 of him once. I'd imagine his attack priority values are all over the ranging scope.
Sweet. This also was one of my favorite characters. Just the problems that sucked.I just hope you'll fix the almost complete invincibility he gets during his super meter charge (not sure the correct name). I always hated when my friend took advantage of that. Tried doing it myself once, but I know next to near nothing on the field.

Ken was kind of weak in Alpha 3 iirc. Good luck with this. I remember playing him ages ago. Iirc, doesn't Chun-Li's spinning bird kick have red clsn on both legs? I don't remember how Holy's functioned tbhMugen defaults to priority = 4. Just delete your priority = whatever lines. Let your clsn decide your priority
