About time we moved on from SFV characters, right?

Currently in ripping and early R&D phase on replicating SF6 game mechanics. I think I found a good method using ReShade and some mods to rip sprites from the game. The resolution for these sprites will be slightly higher than my previous SFV rips.

Updates will be posted here. See demo video below.

I've tested AKI at lunch time and Hell, she's awesome!!

These rips are cool, but I don't know if you used to do more light frames

I swear there was something cool here!!

By light frames, do you mean less saturated or actual lights?

I am still testing rips so any specific or visual feedback is appreciated during these early stages.

Sorry, Violin. English is not my main language. I wanted to say that if you're going to keep as this is(looks like a render from the 2000s because of the game's filter, not your fault) or doing the same way you di Cammy and JP, which seems to have more light on them. But MAYBE it's because of her clothes texture it gives this impression.

I swear there was something cool here!!

Thank you for clarifying! It turns out, I forgot to enable a freecam light I created when I ripped her. I re-ripped and did a test with the current settings across the entire roster. Let me know if you still feel like there are lighting issues compared to my SFV rips. Still early, and I'd like to clear out any issues before I begin to really rip characters.

Also, your english is fine and I appreciate your feedback. :)

SF6 character sprite sheet. Note, I'm ripping these at slightly higher FOV (increased resolution), a little less saturation as details get lost in these more realistic models (especially Marisa), and an adjusted ReShade comic shader (less black outlines).

There's an Umbreon made by ShowBuySpirit with an attack that causes actual poison damage over time.  Perhaps that could be referenced tho it needs to be reworked to fit in with both A.K.I and F.A.N.G's poison mechanics such as traps.

Hey man I just saw your amazing works on twitter. SFV FANg and SF6 AKI together looks perfect togther. if you try to mix SF4 just lower the yellow hues. SF4 has strong Yellowish hues on their skin and sometimes the clothing

Much respect, I can imagine how tedious it is to go through all the animations unless its automated in someway.

While I have never played SF6, Ryu looks good and moves smooth, its always a treat to see how you guys tackle the dynamic camera movements.

I remember when I saw the 3D EX chars in Mugen and how good they moved I was blown away.

Awesome stuff.

We're using common sprites for super hit reactions so it works universally.
