Sublimity.

I'm more partial to the idea of portraying the Titans with real actors lurking around in small prop sets. Coupled with good camera work and perspective, I feel that'll deliver more than plain CGI ever could. But of course, some moderation is needed for both cases -- especially in the event said Titans and humans actually interact.

I've just watch Madoka Rebellion and I think this macro does summary how I feel about it:

I don't have a really big dislike of it, aside from the titular character. I did kinda just get bored with the anime cause it dragged stuff out so much.

Oh, the anime went to shit long ago. The manga is fine. Bloated up and convoluted with a war of one day in the manga which lasts years in real life, but other than that, it makes sense with itself. It takes the luxury of explaining very old stuff that make it all work out like a nice "ooooh so that's what was going on back then..."

Let's say the zombie arc was the first part of the final arc. But there's been like two parts since it started. And yes, the war that's going on right now is "the climax of the story" (should be the end).
