jack the ripper ripped somebody already, I am not following the translations as following novel translations is suffering; but I keep an eye at the as thread for small jewels like that . that being said having two teams of servants is what makes it interesting for me, and I plan to follow it once that becoems easier (either the novel gets fully translated, someone posts good summaries, they make a manga out of it or even an anime, considering hwo profitable fatetable is)

those are current volume events (not sure if 2 or 3). I am not sure about jack's current plot as they retconned the pilot chapter for aprocrypha, so it seems that she got legit summoned by her current master; in the pilot she did not kill her master either, she only ripped his jaw so he could not give her any orders, while still providing mana.

Yes! It's really good. The 3rd season (or is it the 2nd one?) starts in a few months too!
Speaking of which, don't some shows reveal their OP before the season starts? would it be weird to expect that from Stardust Crusaders?

so seitokai yakuindomo season 2 started this week it's time for random dildo jokes again. i really like the V.A.s in that show especially hata and the s.c. advisor.

not really, it's rare for the ops to be done before the show, if anything it's more foten thatn the first epsideo is already done and the op is not ready  yet until much later. The op song is usually ready on time so you might be confusing the shows that use random clips + op song as promotion videos (some even do that for temporary ops anyway)
