How do I Post some pallettes?

Hello =) I have a collection of pallettes I have made for different chars and I would like to post them, but I don't know how to get GIF's of them as previews and how to make the .ACT files available for download. If anyone could give me a quick heads up on how this is done I would appreciate it, thanks.

No need for animated gifs.

Just axtract a sprite of the character with fighter factory, apply the palette on it using photoshop, the gimp or paintshop pro and save the image as PNG.
Then, host the image on www.imageshack.com and post it.

You can upload files on free servers (for palettes, better make packs) such a sendspace or rapidshare

Of course one could use fighter factory to make a pallete. Its easier to make palletes with fighter factor than it is thru photoshop.
