Need help changing palettes

So I recently downloaded Ruby Heart by ReiXSeiryu.

When you look in her config.txt, you have the ability to toggle a palette selector. I've been trying to change one of her palettes but I think I'm unable to do it by simply changing the directory in her def file since she doesn't even have a pal1, pal2 and so on like most characters do (for all I know, it probably has something to do with the palette selector). Does anyone how I can change her palettes?
