Can't change avatar. (Help ASAP.)

I've been trying to change to this...



I even changed it to the correct size for avatars on this site and I still can't get it to show up.

What am I doing wrong? -_-

Try using http for uploading images as your profile pic, if that doesn't work you should report it to the server move thread, maybe you can get help there
