Here's a new version of Rayman for MUGEN!This is the first char by Eliphas for MUGEN and i can say that he did a good work so far, cause we finally have a Rayman with original sprites and moveset with skills from some of his games. Also Rayman have the assistence of the fairy Ly and the nymph Betilla.Spoiler: MOVELIST (click to see content)Controlsa - Weak Kick x - Weak Punch c - Betilla assist (ground shockwave+ kick if close enough) b - Strong Kick y - Strong Punch z - Ly assist (hadoken-like move)Special moves:- a+x = Lockjaw grab - quarter forward + a = Fierce Kick- quarter forward + b = Fierce Kick EX (stuns for a short time)- quarter forward + x = Charge fist (tanking up to two hits whilst charging the attack)- quarter forward + strong punch = Fist EX (for a quick attack with great range)- z : Ly assist (hadoken-like move)- c : Betilla assist (ground shockwave+ kick if close enough) Super Moves:-ATATATATATATATA : Quarter forward, y+b Basic super move doing a decent amount of damage, although can be punished quickly if not timed correctly. (also beware of characters who get back up quickly)-Megaton punch : Charge fist at maximumGreat range, cannot be blocked and does the most damage out of all other super moves outside of the ultimate one. However charging it fully makes you vulnerable for a time and it can be quite easy to anticipate for more advanced AIs and players with a brain.-Hairnado : Quarter forward, x+yThe weakest of all super moves but if landed correctly, stucks the enemy within the tornado for a short time, allowing you to attack further, or even cumulate it with another super move and/or assist.Ultimate Move:Golden Fist: Quarter Back, y+bA more brutal version of ATATATATATA with more numerous, stronger hits. And the final strike cannot be blocked.
It's great work so far, I hope it gets a few tweaks here and there but otherwise a pretty fun character with great spritework! Hopefully they can keep improving upon it
