- Nothing too big. Each character's Astral Heat background has been resized so that moon (airship in Neo's case) fits just right in the middle.
Blake, Weiss and Neo had the actual Astral Heat tweaked a bit:

Weiss
- The glyph in the air segment was moved a bit and the summoned sword (and Weiss) had the velocity altered so that both go exactly 45 degrees downwards.
- The glyphs that trap the opponent are now completely invisible in the air segment until she descends.

Blake
- The moon now fades in and out according to how long Blake stalls in the air for.

Neo
- SprPriority of the final blow changed so that Neo walks behind the opponent rather than just standing in front of them.

- Small details, honestly. FX was all that was edited, with the following:

+ All versions of Sommelier Finger (The hand was a little too big)
+ All versions of Blue Blow (With making some effects smaller some fx stands out a lot more and looks better)
+ Blue Raid (The air slash fx is now consistent to his foot position and will remove a lot faster without leaving a trail for too long)
+ Rapturous Sommelier Time ("grabbing" fx lol)
+ Elegant Upkick (Same case a blue raid, but the slash kick at the end was made smaller and more consistent to foot position. the animation has also been tweaked to compensate this)

- Reworked Astral Heat. The actual move kanji will now appear in dramatic pause fashion, courtesy of the DBFC sprite rips

- P e r s o n a l l y I preferred the Project X Zone version of his winquote "Juunen hayai nda yo! (You're 10 years too early!)" It's got a lot more oomph and anger to it, so I replaced the Dengeki version with that one.

- AI made MUCH smarter and a tad more aggressive. Before he would rely on spamming his high-endlag gunfire and the occasional Distortion Drive usage, but now he can properly utilize the rest of his moveset. AI scaling has also been added since the latest release, so there's that as well

- When using the A or B versions of Shoukahanameishi, holding any button after successfully landing the first hit will allow Rentaro to shoot downwards at the opponent for extra damage. If the C button is held and Rentaro has at least 500 meter, he will do the EX gunshot instead, popping up the opponent for extended combo opportunities. It's also a great mix-up tool: If the initial attack is blocked, the gunshot will always hit low and will required crouch-guarding to properly defend against.

- *NEW* Holding or inputting C after the first hit of Rokuro Kabuto will knock the opponent downwards, as the ruptured ground now becomes a new low hitbox.

- Rentaro will automatically activate Terminal Horizon and receive the buffs PERMANENTLY when Not Over Yet mode is active, with none of the damage taken up drawbacks.

- Nothing major, but pause time after special voice clips were reduced so he isn't just standing awkwardly.

- New animation for special intro against Seth (and now-included Tatsuya Shiba, meaning it's the same special intro for both).

- New background and SFX for Inzen Kokutei Unlimited Burst's finishing attack, as well as fixing effect positions.

- Added jump and air dash/attack cancelling for the ground version of Unebiko Ryuu. The B version's range has been increased by a small margain to show the button difference.

- Running B goes higher and launches opponents higher, allowing for easier connection with any version of Shoukahanameishi.

- Changed the first hit of Uki Rouchou and the first attack when connecting Final Strike to have low hit properties.

- AI can utilize the rest of her already limited moveset, allowing for some very interesting mix-up game. AI scaling has also been added allowing her to pull off some crazy loops and combos given the level is hard enough.

- Akame now has a very small chance with every attack she lands to stack a Night Raid icon, therefore cutting usage of relying on Distortion Drives/Exceed Accel by about... let's see the actual mathematical odds. Every time she hits an opponent with an attack that's not a Distortion Drive/Exceed Accel, a random number will be chose from 1 to 999 per MUGEN fashion. The odds of the stack stacking are if that random number is 3 or less. That's about a 0.003% chance. Yep. Pretty reliable if you ask me.

- Some voices were imported from my JUS Akame to give here a more vocal feel, rather than the original having almost no voices or segmented ones. Either way she feels a lot more lively despite her being a cold-blooded killer.

- Wins and intros have been REVAMPED!
     + For wins, she now has a brand new match over win pose and Astral Heat finish and win pose! Her existing win was tweaked for mouth movement and adds her shaking her head in dismay.
     + Intro 1 has been tweaked to actually have her mouth move, and she now has 2 more brand new intros! These will be shuffled at random.
     + 2 NEW SPECIAL INTROS!!! One where she mistakes the following opponents for Night Raid members (Hakumen, Curly, Yang, Hazama, Heart, Selvaria, Mash and Battler), and another where she fights anyone remotely close to Esdeath (mainly Mitsuru, Jin and Weiss [who funnily enough has an Esdeath palette]). 

- Both receive AI scaling and AI rework to make them a little more challenging in combat.

- Both receive more victory quotes (Eltnum now has a unique winquote against Hyde and Akatsuki, and Saber has DA Noel and Vlov.)

- For Eltnum, the B version of Slide Air was given faster startup to be a bit more viable in combos

- New AI implemented, which I got to say is so challenging it scares even me.

- Luxcalibur now becomes Glorious Strizer when Not Over Yet is active. It's basically a visual change with a bit of a hitbox size increase.

- Two new moves introduced: Zankousen and a new Distortion Drive: Tenha Fujinzan.
     + Zankousen (F,DF,D,DB,B, ab) has Haohmaru spin and deliver a strong, hard knockdown. In exchange for hit immunity on startup, it is very unsafe on block.
     + Inputting the same command for a regular Kougetsuzan but as a Distortion Drive (F,D,DF, a+b) brings back Haohmaru's classic super. Mostly used as a stylish combo-ender, but if timed properly after the opponent is launched and Haohmaru lands, you can act and continue any combo (the good ol' dash till you're near the falling opponent and attack).
