Could you help me to find the sprites of this cameraman, please?

If I can help with the stage I believe its from KOF 97, it took me a hot minute to find it.
That camera man aint there though, weird.


Maybe this guy only shows up to follow the players, what I would do is just download KOF97 and any revisions that it may have if any and check the stage.
