Very cool stage!

One thing I would want changed, however, would be to have some of the foreground objects, especially the aquarium and the kimchi, moved so that they're behind the fighters instead. (or perhaps even given a transparent effect) As it is, the fighters are almost completely covered up and would have a hard time reading each-other's moves for most of the fight.

I made a simple edit to show how I would prefer this stage to be

My main problem with this is that what might have been a fun little stage gets completely ruined by adding two characters whose desing don't match the rest of teh stage at all and also are a distraction during the fight as they seem like they are also fighters rather than part of the background (like the pink robot)

So, it would be better to remove what's-his-face and literally-who entirealy. Or, if you really want to keep them then maybe add an extra .def file that removes them so people can choose if they want them or not.

this looks great and the zenyatta guy floating in the foreground do look like overkill. you already got a pretty pixel art as a background that's enough imo.
