I got an idea for you, how about you copy one of the Ryu u have, and open the CNS file, there u find these:

one Ryu let's say
Red Ryu have:

IntPersistIndex = 60
FloatPersistIndex = 40

Black Ryu have:

see that their stat is slightly different, tailored to fit player's styles and thus add depth into the gameplay.

Compilations can be okay if he does the aesthetic work for it. He can even give other shoto-clones certain statistic advantages like Navetsea suggested.

1. Get a computer & Internez-

2. Download so much characterz for MUGN as you can.

3. The author's name no matter, now the charz is YOURS!

4. Made a screenpack edit from the original one from Elecbyte copypasting sprites from Capcom or SNK's games.

5. Create an account on Mugen Fighters Guild, you must choose a cool a nickname, else nobody looks for your creation.

6. Made a post without pics (remember, you're "still working") with something as "LOOK! THIS IS MAH AWFUL AWESOME FULL GAME YOU NEVER SEE SOMETHING MORE LIKE THIS!"

7. Don't forget, this is YOUR moment, keep people in your project posting shit like poor sprite edits of Ryu for example, they LOVE Ryu!
