There's really no way to work around a user using parts of your content without permission. It's solely up to the person using said content to be a grown up about it as well as the creator of the content. NoZ asked politely via PM that he remove it, he didn't, sure it's kind of a jerk like thing to do, but it's best that NoZ, and everyone else just move on. NoZ knows what he did with his content, and just because someone decided to use the same thing it doesn't degrade the quality of his creation at all. What I think it ultimately boils down too is just turning the other cheek, we've all been here long enough, you know your abilities and you know what you've done, one random person borrowing it isn't going to hurt. It's hard to tell people they can't use something when it was released publicly to thousands, sometimes it just happens.
