Yay, I get to be the first asshole to point out an error In special.PNG, in the 8th row, sprite no. 4 has the wrong leg extended. It's a Tatsumaki Senpuu-Kyaku sprite (not the same one we pointed out last time, though... that one's correct)
That looks like a transition from his right leg being extended to his left leg to me. He first kicks upwards with his right leg, but the spinning tatsumaki part is done with his left leg, and at some point the right leg would need to come down and the left leg goes up, which is what that sprite looks like to me. Sorry if that sounded confusing.To clarify further, I believe the last 6 sprites are meant to be the looping Tatsumaki sprites.
