I don't really think it's that bad of an idea.
Just think, it'd be a seemingly free PC version of XII.
And with it, the possibility of gameplay tweaks and maybe even community-made sprites to fill up lacking movesets.

how many character diversity is there to make mmorpg, where you would be Kyo in an army of kyo (in diferent palette) and then the original palette that was taken by the first user registered there would be sellable for hella $$$

was it MMORPG , how RPG elements like leveling up and buying items, and hunting certain monster or opponent to get specific item or gain exp, I can't imagine that applied to KOF, Guilty Gear or JOJO Bizarre Adv maybe.... but not with KOF gameplay

damn; it's street fighter "perfection". you should at least get kwaks just for the arcade version and get your fix every now and then.(it lacks guile but no game is perfect)
