Walking repeating problem

Making a topic about this is very irritating, but I can't get it to work. How do I make my character walk during specific times. I want to move forward for the first 15 ticks and again at 60 ticks. Then I want it to repeat, but it f'ing won't!
How should I fix this?

Figure out how long you want it to move forward for after 60 ticks, and then changestate into walk again once that time is up.

What the EPH!!! Now it's working? I tried that like 2 minutes ago time and it said there was an infinite loop.
