Clsns? i've resized chars before and never had problems with the clsns
and the effects are easy to fix
just scale them down (or up depending on which way its scaled) in the cns as well

What is the deal with Pots, I've heard his name come up a little to often.

Assuming you're being serious, POTS is one of the most famous and popular (and imitated of course) Mugen creators.  His characters have a custom Capcom vs SNK 2 type gameplay.  They are easy for beginners to use but incredible in the hands of experts.  Due to their fluid but simplistic gameplay they are incredibly popular and on many, many Mugen rosters.  POTS himself is also a very intelligent coder and used to help a lot of people out during his time in the community.

Why do you have a char of May, Lucas and Dawn??

I like it. I have a similar Mugen with just PoTS as well as anything by Rajaa or in any similar style. Also anything Melty Blood related, due to the series' easy to use button-mashy gameplay and fast characters that go well with the other mentioned characters (despite overall different gameplay).
