I would like to say Cerebella is a piss easy grappler on easy mode and Alex pretty much could be considered a grappler, but not Abel (even though no one mentioned him) from SF IV/SSF IV.

Anyways, my favorite grappler is the real OG which is Zangief, followed by Hugo.
