Swapped back to 480p. Slowly building my roster again. I've still got to DL Sean's stuff and some more of Rajaa's. I feel like I forgot some stuff, anybody got any suggestions?

decolor's shou makes me want to recommend some other stuff, but im not sure they would fit with your roster.

you might like is demitri, wong fei hung or his "dans" though

I forgot Krang, but I don't like the rest of the turtles, moveset wise. My playing style is better matching with Raph and Leo IMO

Maybe try making it so when your cursor goes on a character it goes from black & white to full color . I wish mugen allowed scrolling small portraits you would be able to add more characters and keep.it looking clean & simple.

Thanks man, I try to keep the layouts clean and small. I only like playing with a handful of characters.

I'll try to implement something like that into the cursor. I was thinking about P1/P2 over top or underneath the small ports, but my arrows kept coming out weird looking. I'll try black and white though.

I too wish we could have scrolling portraits, It would make everything so much better for me because I like single row layouts, maybe one day lol

I still gotta clean up some minor stuff to the Big ports.

I feel ya. I have been churning away at some very nice portrait work that I've been meaning to get done for quite a while now; I made three in two days!! Expect some portrait goodness screenshots soon. Results are amazing!!

pruned out some of the joke chars/chars with no ai atm, and as you can see im starting to organize it by game so its easier to find stuff. added a bunch of stuff too.

As far as things coming up goes, I've finally struck some kind of balance with a solid work ethic for my releases. What really stung was the loss of my 32 gig stick: fortunately, I backed everything up. It took a while to get over losing a solid month of archiving and the fact that 5 years of data could have been lost. On top of hundreds of portraits and all of the templates that could have gone away too.

Now, things are balanced out to where I'm making stuff at least four days out of the week, consistently. Progress is good thus far, and I have every intention of keeping things this way.

Not stopping until I get 120-130 characters.  I'm just going to have to do a lot of editing on the ones I have to balance them all out first, then I'll get some more after that process is completed.  Honestly, the only edits I'm comfortable with are Ryu and Maki.  It's a shame most people try to make their characters a broken, over-powered mess.  Just means I have to go in and balance them out a bit

The only character not shown is the zombie M.Bison (Dictator)  and a second version of Shin Akuma I edited to be a sort of boss character.

I'm also going to change up things like screen packs, display pictures, and stuff.. For now, I just want balance.
