I add in characters and stages the good old fashioned way. 

As far as TMNT characters go, I can't think of good recommendations outside of Dcat's offerings only because he took all of the best elements from the Genesis, SNES and Arcade games and melded them together perfectly. Theres also that T_Ninja edit which is fantastic (I renamed him Master Turtle since he is all of the SNES Turtles edited into one character). Easily one of my top favorites. And as odd as it is, Pullo's Chrome Dome is solid.

Check out our Database and Free for All; that's where I have been getting all of my loose Mugen ends tied up. Both of these places are excellent sources to find just about anything.

Damn... This site brings back memories of me first finding out about Mugen. I believe I downloaded nearly all of his characters. Come to think of it, this will prove helpful when I get to my Fatal Fury portion/portraits of my roster: I could use all of the FF3 stages I see here. Thanks for the heads up!!
