In theory that should be possible. I do have his Breaking/Rasetsu to allow juggling after performed. He can also super cancel from Rage Run. So, he can do his corner exclusive stuff with Shinkuu Nage. Like Shinkuu Nage > Rasetsu > Rising Tackle. I'd imagine what you said is possible as well. I can't perform it myself though. You can let me know once he's released and I'll see what I can do if it's not possible.

Thanks once again to smoke72 for the vid. Only thing left for me to do is the rest of his winposes/special intros. Along with any bug reports that may pop up. He won't be CS'd upon release. I'll need 12 pals for him. My default there...well, I was told his hair is too light. I suck at colors, though I tried. I'll put up a sprite soon in the hopes some kind paletteers will lend me their strength, and whip up 12 pals for him.

The vs Hotaru intro is a custom one. I've decided to add it, but it will not trigger vs Waru's Hotaru. I was talking with Lost Avenger about it, as he plans to make a Hotaru in the future. It will be exclusive to his Hotaru. I also plan to make a custom intro vs Infinite's B.Jenet. Gotta hit him up soon and see what we come up with. Already added the vs Terry/Geese/Kain intros.

I think he meant me adding the Neo Raising Storm move from MI2.

It's not a big deal adding custom intros. Though it depends on how flashy/intricate/creative you're trying to be with it. Thanks.
