Quick question, is there anyway to set joystick config or settings in general in the build? I can't seem to find the def file with the settings in it.

Yes. Check time 15:28 for the controls

I think we should set up some stage bans. They are causing frame rate drops consistently.
stages are:
-Both Satan Cities
-Both Time Chambers
-Desert
-Namek
-Namek Porunga
everything else runs at a butter smooth 60 FPS, for me at least.
We should at least avoid these stages if bans are out of the question.
