So yeah, started a CvS2 build upon Mayar's screenpack. It will be a kind of pain to find time to work on all new custom portraits, so I moved it to Mugen 1.1 just to avoid the work of indexing everything - plus it drops the size of sprite files considerably.

Static slots are the chars with completely dead DL links in which I'm tired to search for them again.
