To be honest, I'm no big brain trader, I jumped in on eth very early just based on intuition, right around the time in 2016/17 that China banned it as currency and caused it to drop like a brick. I had lost a bunch on litecoin (lol), and just dumped it in there hoping it would recover some losses; however, eth is not a holding coin really, so don't look into grabbing it and expecting it to end up as high a bitcoin. I do believe it will keep growing and any fraction of a single coin in eth will be worth holding, because it's being used like GAS for trading in altcoins. So if you want to trade alt, go for eth, and if you want a tiny bit of returns, go eth, because as long as it's being used as a trading currency, it will raise in value (I think it will plateau more than the bubble will pop) because the more people are going to buy into it for that purpose.

I know people right now who are big into pancakeswap and the new trend of farming coins. There's a lot of new complicated ways of inflating and deflating values. I think it's interesting, but I don't want to use Binance because Binance US sucks major ass compared to the worldwide version and I'm too lazy to use a VPN :p

I'm mostly a holder anyway. I don't really like gambling because I'm just trying to store my money safely, so I just see coins as a way of diversifying my portfolio beyond standard investments, so I stick with the major stuff that standard wallets like coinbase trade.


Oh and a sidenote, find someone you can just trust to talk about the coins casually, not someone trying to sell you into buying them. I have a few friends who are big into coins so I like to bounce off ideas and opinions on them and see what I should do best. Most of trading is just trying to figure out what's going to happen based on market trends and worldwide stuff, and coins are generally the same. The differences might just be things like: is it meant to be a currency, is it tied to another 1:1, is it meant for trading other coins, do people think the tech behind it is good (lol), etc.

Just bought one XRP. Apparently, I had some BTC left on my wallet with my local exchanger. 

Binance and my local bank are incompatible. It gave me a headache cause transactions kept declining with my bank. So I went with kraken.com.

Just bought 2 Cardano's. I'm gonna limit my investment portfolio to 3 cryptocurrencies. Damn if only I bought Dogecoin when it was 0.000001 back in 2018. But I invested almost all my money in Ponzi schemes thanks to my former friend who I thought was an investment guru. Thankfully Dogecoin is very cheap even by 3rd world standards as of the moment. Learned an important lesson not to put all your eggs in one basket.

Willing to wait months and even years for this to grow in value. Holding off on the PS5 and Switch. I might even hold off on the PS7.

I dunno how other people do it but I use Photoshop. I think most people use one of the Fighter Factory's (probably Fighter Factory 3) to make palettes, and I have no clue how that works—beyond, I guess, adding the template file(s) as new sprites and then using the "Advanced Palette Editor" (CTRL + P).
