October 2007 contest. Rules follow.

Contest Theme
Basically this idea is like, giving characters normal clothes. Think Ken Masters with jeans and a white shirt instead of his gi, or Gouki with a straw hat, overalls, and plaid shirt, Farmer style. Also includes Pitchfork projectile.

Points
2 extra points if the sprite has a simple animation, something like bouncing, hair movement or facial expression changes.
3 extra points if the animation is complex.
1 extra point if the sprite is in double res.
1 extra point if the sprite is "doubled" meaning that we can see both the front and the back of the sprite.
2 extra points if the sprite is open source.
1 extra point from scratch.

Votes sum up to the user, not the edit itself. So, if X posts a single entry which gets 20 points, and Y posts 2 entries which get 11 points each, Y wins.

BY THE WAY, please don't mind the funky names I gave to the entries. I needed something to put in.

Wanted to do something with Felicia for this, but didn't get around to it. Anyway, I like the Morrigan one the best.

A few comments (dont take too seriously, please):

Street Ken is sprited rather well, but just ends up looking like Cody.

President Gouki is funny, but the head is pretty awkwardly-sprited. A head swapped from SF3 Gouki and modified a bit might have worked better.

Beach party Athena is all jiggly... and not in the way that a girl in a bikini is supposed to be, I mean it looks like her skeleton is made of rubber.
