I haven't done much on him, I need more on him, when I finish the basic stuff I'll upload a video. Here's only one screenshot and I know it's stupid but sooner I'll post screenies.
Any questions?

PotS

Is he SSF2 in gameplay as well or are you going to take liberties?
You can help with Ikemen GO's development by trying out the latest development build and reporting any bugs on GitHub.
My Mugen and Ikemen content can also be found here.

That Thunder Hawk is a SNES version, right?

I'm going to take liberties. He will have some new moves like Bison (animal) as a helper.

For Wizard I'm working on the Cruciatus super. Kilik is on hold (need to find sound).
Thanks, good luck on your Garfield too.

Well, T Hawk is a big character in the original.. in SNES he's much smaller.

Compare the SNES sprites with CvS Ryu...

I didn't had CVS Ryu so I used CVS V. Ken  ;P

I personally don't see much of a point in doing an SNES version when the arcade version is just as easily available with bigger and better-animated sprites. But if you prefer the SNES version, that's fine. I'm, happy to see an SF2 character either way. Will you be giving him his Super from SSF2T? It wouldn't require any new sprites.

The Railgunner

It's cool to see an SF2 T. Hawk, since that happens to be my next WIP...

My reason's doing the SNES version because he doesn't even exist's so I decided to make him. I know the arcade version T. Hawk is bigger and better-animated sprites, but I love these sprites so I want to make him. I down about his super yet, need to see few videos of his gameplay because it's was long time ago when I last time played Street Fighter 2 in the arcades.

I thought your gonna make one in SNK style? I see it will hard work with the sprites. So I wish you good luck. If you want I can get you SSF'2 Fei Long

The Railgunner

I can't decide between SNK style or Super Turbo. It'll probably be the former if I can get some help on editing T. hawk's sprites. From there, 'Gief maybe. And I'd definitely would like that Fei Long, as I'm still working on my Super Turbo full game (a large chunk of the characters will be done by me, including the three I already made, and minor edits of Masa's Chun-Li and Dhalsim).

I'm sure I gaved a link to a member on MFG that can sprite chars into SNK. Super Turbo? Hmm... that sounds good.

sprites arent really overly important...... its the gameplay, if he plays well so what about which sprites are used... although doesnt mean use really shitty glitchy sprites. these seem fine, as long as his gameplay doesnt suck then great.

good air velocities when doing air based moves is important. air combo's too would be a nice feature.

nothing silly like 6 standing light punches into a medium kick then hard punch type super combo's.......they suck if nothing special is added in.

make sure when adding your helper (bison 900lb animal yes i know what they are lol) make sure the move works propperly and isnt error riddled. in other words debug it fully to make sure nothing glitchy can happen.

also be creative, but dont go OTT(over the top)... nothing like giving him a repuuken into a psycho crusher....you get the pic :P

thats all about the advice i can give that matters.

if ya need any help, ya know im on msn.

I know D I can always lean on you & you know you can always lean on me, lol. I didn't had in plan to make him Repuuken into a psycho crusher.  As already mention I need to see the videos of him in action.

BC

yea the repuuken into psycho crusher was an example of a bad move for a character like hawk.
