Yes, while the overall "essence" of the animations you make are solid, they are very stiff. I suggest looking over CPS2 styled sprites more closely. Capcom did a lot of great work with the Marvel chars back in those days. Animations were very fluid and exaggerated for that awesome comic book look. Her stance looks very stiff and off to me as well. However, I do like what you did with her walking animations. I think just going with her MvC3 stance would suffice. Her facial expression is all that needs to be tweaked. Having a more menacing expression.
