A creator can't just change a character because your computer is slow. The character is good enough in terms of speed.

Hey But yeah, I don't really know if I should do the feedback for mini-characters the same way as normal characters. I assure you it's not my first time doing a feedback, so I know what I'm doing. Yeah, two just makes you sure the first person isn't just biased, but the hard part is getting two persons to write it. For what I've seen, if the character is normal it doesn't tend to get a lot of attention, but if it's bad or good it gets a lot.
Oh emm gee not another chibi naruto character.... Capcom sized fighter sprites would be a win in my book but it looks like no one wants to do new sprites. 2830483204820304923 more years until Naruto VS Bleach is realeased from the WIP section. =[
Make everything blockable. If you wanna put logic in it, you might as well make hadoukens unblockable and win by spamming hadoukens coz the human body can't take energy projectiles.
Ill make kunai blockable and lower the damage for Rasengans. Better now? Only problem is I cant right now. Im on my ps3 right now. I dont have a working computer anymore. And I wont be getting a new one soon. Im going on a week long trip to help my father with work and its going to take at least a month to make enough money for the new computer I want. Naruto just gets the forfront because its always what people go for. But I'm sure once people get passed the moaning and general assholeness and actually leave some proper feedback that helps that you can make a great, well balanced chibi. Sorry about the computer. Maybe you can get a loaner in the meantime. Otherwise just bump it in 2 months with an update. Please don't be another dub hater either, i really hate the fact that here its "japanese soundpacks only or else you have to slit your heart out!" attitudes. At least give the option to have an english speaking character!
