Pretty good, but I'd probably resize Mr Karate's sprite to be a bit more thin. Right now, his body looks like it would be more to a wrestler than Takuma himself. Akuma's abs and the middle of his chest seem rather off, compared to the rest of the shading as well, and his outfit looks rather incomplete. Other than that, I'm loving both sprites.
I believe that would be because that frame is not his, but an edit by TDS made years ago for reference.
