Hey guys I'm back (I never go lol) , I post Here my original sprites I hope you like Moar Updates Commisioned
For the users who don't know him, here is the old topic: http://mugenguild.com/forum/topics/neocargalphas-sprites-and-more--142110.0.htmlThe reason no one replied to you in that topic was because the posts were merged, so when you want to bump your topic with some sprites remember to uncheck the option "When possible, merge this post with your last one" below the text box. That option can be used for avoiding double/triple posts in a row.
Damn, your sprites are pretty good. I like how well animated they are and how much definition they have.

Some experimentes of modular animation (I need to take a closer look to the rumble fish or how are done all the individual parts) sprite set I made for thisSpoiler, click to toggle visibilty
Nice, your actually really good. Looking forward to more, and about the modular animation. I rather like the ones with each frame drawn separately better but, the modular one is more smooth
Nedflandeurse said, 10 years agoCool!!Can you explain your method of animation?Program etc...In my signature I have a tutorial of them (the last update is in spanish, I need translate that to english)the modular animation is experimental, so I need more research to do for get better workARCoolguy said, 10 years agoNice, your actually really good. The Conclusions: this can be a very interensting form of animate and can get the work quickly, but unfortunally this don't work proper for spriting, make a LOT of lost pixels and antialising, so is a huge problem, but can work as reference in some ways, maybe if get programmed the single pieces for a game (like rumble fish) can work proper, so for now, I'm done with modular animation. keep pending for another works
hey hey , these are some nice looking sprites dudealso the modular animation mmm it goes better with big bosses (mostly the robotic looking ones) , keep it up man ^^
Attack of Abel's Was a HUGE work with the fucking separation colors, but I think can do interesting things, sorry I miss some details of abel, but I'm lazy nowlook at this, WAT Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltybalmsold said, 10 years agohey hey , these are some nice looking sprites dudealso the modular animation mmm it goes better with big bosses (mostly the robotic looking ones) , keep it up man ^^Thanks a lot, yeah modular animation can work fine, but if I need fix a LOT of lost pixels this method become pointless for me ( time is pure gold)♥-♥ mAdLaX ♥-♥ said, 10 years agoI miss doing sprites. You've got a nice sprite there.thanks I'll gonna update this more often
Second version, same generic characterSo I tried some LR pixel art but I think I failed, suggestions? but please I don't wanna do a thing pixel by pixel, only for details or corrections.
Alex Sinigaglia said, 10 years agoThe second version is better.(I suppose mAdLaX quoted the post when there was only one sprite).thanks, I'm trying many ways to done this, the last one was inspired on the Diepod's method, Is very effective!
