SOUNDS
No id names so it's kind of a mess (no unique character sfx for now). Voicefiles of the 39 playable characters+2 bosses and common system sounds (ie. announcer and hitsounds). The streamed_audio files are specific sounds like rival dialogue.
These are .ogg files so convert them to .wav with foobar or other programs.

Named files are unlikely, they seem to have deleted every ID reference unlike Samurai Showdown.

The KOFXIV sounds were already ripped and uploaded in the sounds resource here. Those files have ID names.

Wow, this is really gold, I just saw portraits and that makes me thing that in a point Re-Verse and Otoma=Raga might become playable as their select portraits are in there.

Frankly, not sure. I'm sure intro cutscene lines like Rock vs Geese and round winpose lines like Iori's laugh are in. I extracted the specific character voice battle container so it's probable that missing win quotes will be mixed together in a single mess somewhere else. I'll check that when i have some time.
