Toguro was a human that sold his soul to become a demon due to the fact that his dojo and almost all people within it were killed by demons and he was unable to stop them. Although he retains his human appearance it is only a facade to hide his power, Toguro increases his power to 100%. This completely alters his body as he becomes a living tank. His defense his high and his attack power is even higher. In this form he has the highest amount of spirital energy out of my entire cast.

His spirit Pulse Gives him super armor and the ability to use all of his strength in one final blow.

Edit: Hi-res tag used because char is best viewed at hi-res settings.

Whats updated all other chars:
Re-adjusted all spirit gauge related damages and costs

dear friend,

after the dbzhd project, i'm on the ass once more!

so far i can remember, i can't recall someone having fully converted all the chars from one game (except Kong but it's a machine  :D)

& what games!

i sincerely hope that you'll keep resurrectin' 16bit games like these ones  ;)
