Even after looking at a picture of the guy, it bears only an extremely vague resemblence to him. He doesn't look like Strider with a mask/Cobra symbol.

Basing on the pic, I thing using Guy as base could fit better... or using Guy and Strider to make Storm Shadow :P

Good luck on him, it's good to see G.I.Joe chars in MUGEN ;)

I've done most of the sprites, some need some cleaning etc.  At this point, I'm so busy I don't know when I'll have time to devote to Stormie.  If you or anyone wants to pick up the ball and run with it from here, just PM me.  I'm happy to let someone finish him up.
