MUGEN game with all KoF characters

I'm trying to make a KoF game that includes every single playable characters from the franchise from '94 to XI, with each team having 4 members each. So far, this is more of a "Dream Match" than a KoF with an actual storyline, due to wanting to include everyone (that and I have no idea how to program storylines...). However, creating the team's been meh right now, especially since I had to get some characters from the Maximum Impact/Garou series, and I don't like the idea of adding Reiji Oogami because his sprite looks off, but I decided to just see what I can get. Can I get a feedback?

Kyo Kusanagi (2002 Moveset w/2001 Special Intro with Iori Yagami, NESTS Saga outfit)

Goro Daimon ('98 Moveset, possibly might replace it with 2002 UM if I ever find one)
Reiji Oogami (EX2, his sprite looks...eh, I can live with it.)

Oh and his Ya Otome has the "Orochi" super version from '98. 2001 Special Intro with 2002 Kyo Kusanagi)

Great links for characters. However, I'm also not so satisfied with the Teams that I have...dunno how I can switch it around.

I'm just trying to make my own roster and teams right now, but I'll check out KoFZ.
