Im tryin to make a badass mugen video but dunno what i need to record my screen? is it something i download?  thats all...  thanks!

Fraps = free = 30 second limit = to many GB!

Fraps = buy = unlimited = Holy big ass GB video...

I use Camtasia with a Serial Key it's very useful.. ::)
and of course you have to buy Camtasia to get the Serial key.. :(

I use CamStudio.

Never had an issue with desyncing neither.

After multiple recorder changes I'm using Bandicam. Works great.

Camtasia 5 with license key and Fraps - cracked version; which both of it come with installation disc.
Fraps kinda laggy but it's does capture average quality but the sound kinda fuxxen me. So, i goes with Camtasia.

use hypercam (im using its good for win and 1.0)

with a little help of Windows movie maker (to reduce the mb from avi to wmv.)

I use Hypercam2, It works well! 8)
But if your going for HD quality, I would assume different software would have to be downloaded.
Unless you already have an HD monitor. :pleased:

I've used Snagit 5. Though it might be an old version by now, but it's the only one I have with a register key. Seems to work most of the time.

Not sure what the new versions of Snagit do.
