That's Asuka Langley Shikinami, and it looks delicious!
Maybe make the hair a bit darker, like a more pale tone.
And the other one is Mari Illustrious Makinami

Any of these tickle your pickle?  Some pics of her have orange hair and some have some closer to brown.  First palette uses colors directly from your pic, second one has de-saturated tones and the third is colors from a different pic of her.

I think the third would be the one closer to the movie, the lighter tone would be for the anime series, go for the third one, it's the most accurate one

First post updated, both NGE pals and a few others.  I reused some colors for Mari's palette, assuming they have the same material on their legs.  Thanks again guys!

Fuck yeah Black Bolt! I was disappointed he wasn't in the set before, but you just made up for that. That Flash palette is also awesome.

Added some pals for SyN's Strider, left the strikers as defaults since I keep them turned off anyway and I'm a lazy piece of human garbage.  Should work with any Strider using Girard's separation.

Thanks guys, appreciate it.
I believe someone made a patch for Strider to get rid of the strikers, I'll have to find the link when I get home from work.  If I can't find it I'll send you guys the patch.
