Insigniawarfare said, June 23, 2015, 05:14:43 pmI chose XB1 because family/friends had it and i don't really like PS controller. XB controller is just all around better imohttp://www.cinemablend.com/games/Xbox-Controllers-Can-Used-PS4-Games-61004.html
Backwards compatibility and this exclusive that looks great. 2015 is the year of Microsoft getting it right at Cons.
Just saw the news for Halo Wars 2 on the One's front page. All is forgiven for Halo 4 and possibly 5.Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyExcept killing Cortana, half of the main character that you build up in pretty much all media can NOT die. And that stupid change of how all Spartans looked like previously and currently. And how everything in general looks. And messing with the multiplayer to the point where I can only use Action Sack to really feel like Halo. And the music....Ok, not much of anything is forgiven, 343 still irks me in all the wrong ways. So, I recall in Headhunters they had red energy swords. Wonder if this red energy gravity hammer has any connection. If I'm not mistaken, the red swords indicated a special ops team of Sangheili, could be some equivalent for the Jiralhanae.
Here's the first 100 games for XB1 backwards compatibility list. Which is released a long with XB1 new interface this week on 12th of November.Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltySource: http://www.polygon.com/2015/11/9/9695712/xbox-one-backward-compatibility-list-games
I'm trying to wrap my head around doing Doom and Doom II, but not 3 BFG. Wasn't it Xbox exclusive for a while? And it includes the first two in it as well. Sonic 1-3 & CD but no Sonic & Knuckles is also fairly weird. Ah well, eventually.Ikaruga's an unexpected but welcome early addition, and I'm really glad for Stick of Truth. Gave my 360 to my brothers after only reaching Kenny's house, I must continue it. So solid lineup for me. Still, curious if multi-disc games will be a possibility. I'd love to revisit Lost Odyssey, or get FF XIII right this time.
http://majornelson.com/2015/11/20/black-friday-xbox-digital-game-deals/?linkId=18906163Part of the list is up. Probably grab KI Season 2 so I'm good to go on the PC version.
Hm, nothing really standing out on the One for me. Would have been nice if they did seperate sales one the two Goat Simulators, considering most players probably got the first one in one of its previous sales. 360's got some good stuff though, willing to bet a good number of them will make the jump over to the One as well.
Microsoft is closing off the end of year with 5 free games for XB1, considering the free XB360 games will be playable on XB1 backwards compatibility.
... those are the games for 360? They really want me to take out my wallet this month for actual entertainment,
List of new batch of backwards compatible titles said: Braid DEUS EX: HUMAN REVOLUTION Doritos Crash Course Fable III Halo: Reach Hydro Thunder Iron Brigade Kane & Lynch 2 Motocross Madness MS.PAC-MAN Peggle Portal: Still Alive Spelunky Splosion Man Ticket to Ride™ Zuma’s Revenge!Ahhh so this is the power.....of Xbox One backwards compatibility. I don't care that I can play these with a disc or whatever, when maybe two at most from these batches has been decent I'd rather pay money to get ones I want like with Sony. They had a crucial month to release good titles and blew it. This is literally typical Xbox division.
Uh...among those, Braid, Deus Ex, Halo Reach, Hydro Thunder, Portal, Spelunky and Splosion Man are really good choices, a lot of fun and some of them fairly requested often. Arguably Fable III as well, I liked the series anyways.Only one I'm confused on is the Doritos game. I thought all three were taken down shortly after each came out. Last I checked they were all gone. Unless this one's back up to get, does this mean Scott Pilgrim has a chance of making it over?
