The Mugen Fighters Guild - How to extract a huge Spritesheet

Hi guys... I spend a few hours trying to get a spritesheet from a Mugen Black Cat character into a Spritesheet... I have used Shoebox but this time wasn't useful, maybe because there are lots of sprites to arrange, but also it duplicates the edges on all the sprites, then, I downloaded another program called TexturePacker and it worked better (but seems like it added edges too)... Anyways, I managed to make a huge spritesheet and using photoshop did a small color separation for that Black Cat, now I want to extract the sprites but Show Box can't do it, it shows the sprites and process but it doesn't give me the sprites

Is there any way to extract those sprites? I already made a small color separation and added 2 more colores to work with and seems like a lot waste of time to extract them one by one
