He was constantly avoiding that question on twitter too,everytime they ask him why those 2 dudes couldnt see each other he just says "Im suprised they managed to find each other so fast haha" and changes the subject to how much trouble they're having with servers.
We still have no clue if it was an actual bug or him outright lying,but with how he's avoiding this entire thing its more likely that he's just another Todd Howard.

I thought that they did come out and say that you wouldn't be able to meet other players? I think it was a few months ago too. but yeah watching the video they kind of danced around it I guess they thought they had to be more mysterious to lure in people. talk about shitty practices :/

Ah, No man's sky. I remember my bro showing me a trailer last year and we talked about it. We both agreed that the game would likely be crap at the time. We still believe that.
It's the kind of game that seems fun for a few hours before it gets stale real fast. Really wish indie developers stopped prioritizing art over gameplay.

The game is bland from the beginning to the end. I'm surprised that it has so many fans but I guess it's a "good" game to play while you're smoking some weed or something, IDK.

what they're doing is real scummy. just say there's no multiplayer. just say that the game world they created is so massive that they didn't add that feature. it'd still piss some people off but it wouldn't be this confusing disaster ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
