I have few to no positives to say with this character, but I'll be constructive here.

* His sprites are filled with extreme banding, to the point his left arm blends into his body. Some dithering to convey a fur texture and blend between extremes would make them look better.
* His laser eyes are instantaneous and have no sprites to show them coming out, making the attack feel cheap and ugly-looking. These eye blasts are also monotone and would benefit from a shading job.
* The cookie rain attack's cookies are too small to be reliably avoided.
* His arms could be bigger.

* I think throwing a larger cookie ala Hulk's pavement toss would be a good attack. Also him grabbing the victim and chomping them.
