I so love playing Rocksteady, and it has been so long, since you started making Mugen chars, and now we get a Rocksteady, and very soon, a Splinter, which I am VERY excited for, good luck, on getting on out soon, thanks.

I also have a super attack idea, for Splinter, its similiar to the Turtles "Body Slam" attack, but he body slams 3 times, and then throws you in the air, and then Pressure Points you, the pressure point is a reference, to 2012 splinter, when he'd pressure point literally everyone, and they;d be stunned, or just straight up knocked out.

it's from one of the fred wolf tmnt episodes called blast from the past and at the end of the episode he does the kur-li manuever on shredder

Yeah I did add that one later


Hey so I added some things and move some attacks around.


- Added new Idle stance animation
- The Sewer Pop up move is now at HP + HK
- Any 2 punches or Any 2 kicks performs Turtle Assists
- I've only coded Raphael's Ground assist(LK+MK),
- Leonardo's Ground + Air Assist(LP+MP)
- Mikey's Air Assist (MP + HP)
- Also changed the turtle assists. They behave more like Foot Assists did in Shredder. I haven't coded Donnie's yet
-Sprited some new attacks Air Heavy Kick, Crouching Heavy Kick
-Made a new Super Macho Gazpacho Kick 2QCF + Any Kick while mid-air
-Made new Special Crescent Kick QCF + Any Kick

I'll make a new video once I finish Donnie's Assist

Happened to find some Splinter voice clips here and here, the former from the 2003 PS2 game and the latter from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash-Up.

Both sets of voice clips are mono and in WAV format, by the way.
