How to add hidden slots?

I use Meldo's SimpleMugen screenpack, and i would like to put bonus games and alternate versions of characters (Evil Ryu, Violent Ken, Shin Akuma,etc) in hidden slots.

The only way to do that in mugen is to put it offscreen, and in a position that is impossible to move the cursor to (using empty rows and columns), like that:

The problem here is that i would like to use those characters in the hidden slots.

Then you can put them offscreen in a position that you're able to move the cursor.
