Maybe, but you know that respect for creators is big when they were THAT good.They probably took it wrongly that you went like "CHAR IS AMAZING!" over a edited character ( badly edited mind that) from a deceased creator that was as loved by the community as Reu.Its a form of flame baiting, =P You went and posted "GREAT CHAR A+" after a long string of persons pointing exactly why they hated it.Ofcourse they were gonna snap at you, its not even serious business, its the normal way to have discussions on the internet.

Perhaps a bit of backstory? As the person who churned out the edit I think it might be enlightening.A member of an old warehouse I ran requested an edit known as 'Dark God Ryu' made by someone who turned out to be a very disagreeable individual. I saw how shallow his edit was and told the member that I would make a similar edit (though 'dark god' had more to him than I initially saw). Thus 'Death God' was formed, because Dark God's maker didn't want to share. It was also a demonstration on my part on how simple it is to create such edits.Dark God was developed by AngstyMeierLink, and gave credit to the people on this or another large MUGEN forum for assistance. Afterwards he wasn't able to release it. I remember all this because Angsty had a spaz attack after seeing 'death god' and threatened to destroy my life or something of that nature for magically stealing the code of something he had yet to release.If you want to complain about how crappy this and similar edits are, you can start with this one: http://youtube.com/watch?v=2vKmI0A-KFo . I'm amazed people would dredge something so old up, and give such a self-admittedly plain/bad edit this attention.Also, bringing up Reu's passing is very classy.
