he has 2 at the top.

though, i did forget the little hair strands he has at the bottom of his head, right above his neck.

fingers look wierd, head looks like it has a slight bump, and the two hairs should be attached like in the above picture

otherwise, great sprite

Are you lot purposely retarded? did you not see the reference picture? the hair is on point in reference to the origin. only things need fixing is the head it needs to be rounder at the top. as for fingers they need better shaping.
criticisms aside its actually an excellent copy. Thumbs Up!
