=================================[WHO THE F*CK ARE NECRO, AND WHY HIM?]============================================
Necro is a almost-obscure character from Street Fighter III. He is the "weirdo" level character who replaces Blanka
and Dhalsim, respectively. And replacing in literal ways, because Necro is a mutant man who can uses electricity
like Blanla, and can scretch any part of his body like Dhalsim.
Actually he is a type of character I like to work because of the challenging level. Necro is a truly example of what
the "VS. Style Debuts" represents: NEW & UNEXPECTED CHARACTERS WITH THE VERSUS STYLED GAMEPLAY.
Necro's story is kinda short, he is basically a russian boy called ILLIA, who was used to be a super soldier
experiment created by Gill, the Iluminatti's supreme leader. After being saved by EFFIE, his Girlfriend(YES. THAT
blonde girl is Necro's GIRLFRIEND. If even HE has a girlfriend, why not you?
Jokings aside...), Illia and Effie
escapes from the Iluminatti base and are trying to have, at least, the bit of the so dreamed Freedom.

[TRIVIA]: Originally I was planning to make a LEVEL 3 Omega Combo for Necro called "Poetic Thunder", where Effie
will holds the enemy and Necro starts to beat the enemy. Also, I scrapped some moves from the source because I don't
think that moves could be useful.
