I tested your character and he plays pretty good

-Shinkuu Tatsumaki Senpuu is spammable even at 0 energy
-feels weak most of the time

thats the only thing I found wrong, but this is a pretty sweet creation you made

look kid, not alot of us is like OMG +1

its just that we give feedback on what to fix, not as in sense of flaming. well, when you understand how feedback works, you can try making a good character with required sprites.
