I tried download a couple hd screenpacks but I always have problems with them. Is there screenpacks that dont use opengl?

Can i get a decent one under $100? I just wanna run mugen hd screenpacks.

ok well i came to conclude that my onboard graphics card isn't enough for this screenpack. (i tried it on my desktop pc)
I would need a less intense screenpack on this laptop.

This is hands down one of my favorites. The only problem is that im running an onboard card. my specs are:
windows 10
intel mobile core 2 duo t6600
ddr3 4gbytes
my only problem is when the match starts the background is messed up. It shows the images of the movement history.
also some characters wont load up after the 'V.S. Screen' appears. I get this error:

Hi, i'm a huge capcom vs snk 2 fan (even though i suck at it lol)...i just got into mugen this month.
I'm sorta new to this but I finally got a clue on what type of characters and screen packs I want...but I'm still unsure about tag team mode.
Anyways, I wanted to get groove characters to keep it original and have characters with groove, but i feel they are rare.
I hear pots style is one of the best character makers, but does he make characters with the groove option?
I'm mainly looking for:
-Ryo
-Mai Shiranui
-Ryu, Akuma
-Chung-li
-Haohmaru
-Terry Bogard
-Guile

I herd P.O.T.S. style is the best.
I know my desktop rig can handle anything...but my laptop isnt as good; when i used it, it ran kof VIII, but played laggy. What are my options for both? I was hoping to download a completed game, but would i have to download individualy for my laptop?

I tried installing the screenpack and i get an error after trying to open mugen 1.1.
i edited the cfg file correctly and put the screenpack in a folder in data.
Any ideas?

it was mameuifx. -- so can i just delete the folder? i got it here http://mame32fx.altervista.org/home.htm but found out it's outdated.
